International Customers

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We ship to customers in North AmericaEurope, Central/South America, and Asia Pacific. We are not servicing the Middle East or Africa at this time. 
 
PURCHASE QUANTITY
We will ship up to 4 bottles per International order, but we recommend our International customers buy only 2 bottles per order, or you may have to pay Import Tax or other fees.

It is your responsibility to check the personal duty-free import allowance for your country. We are not responsible for any VAT's, fees, taxes or import duties.
 
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) but our credit card processor has strict international e-commerce controls, so many International customers find PayPal to be the easiest. 
 
SHIPPING METHOD
We ship all packages via U.S. Postal Service 1st Class International Post.
 
SHIPPING TIME
Most international packages 10-21 days, but actual transit time may vary based on your region and specific country, and also how quickly your Custom's department processes shipments. We are not responsible for your package delivery or condition. 
 
RETURNS
If you need to return an item, we only accept unopened, sealed bottles.
Please ship it back to Somalata USA, Attn: Returns. PO Box 632. Hartsdale, NY 10530, USA. Customers must pay for their own return shipping charges. 
Please note we do not refund customers for any shipping charges, or for any import/export documentation or duty charges they may have incurred. 

Note: If you do not accept delivery or your package gets returned to us, we will also deduct the return shipping charges before we issue any credit or refund.
